Terms of Use — Biblia.IA

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Infinniti — trade name of RRHST CONSULTORIA SERVICOS LIMITADA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 59.584.600/0001-97, São Paulo/SP, Brazil ("Infinniti", "we") — and govern the use of the Biblia.IA app for iOS and Android (the "App"). By installing, accessing or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and account

The App is rated 12+. Users under 18 may only use it with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is bound by these Terms. To sync your content you need an account created with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done with it. You can delete the account at any time under Profile › Delete account.

3. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the usage rules of the App Store and Google Play. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the App, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. What the App offers

Biblia.IA brings together Bible reading, devotionals, a guided rosary, prayer requests, a revelations journal and personal notes, progress tracking and GuIA, an artificial-intelligence assistant that answers, by voice and text, questions about the Bible, faith and spiritual life. Features may vary by platform, language and plan, and we may change, add or discontinue them at any time.

5. Subscriptions, purchases and voluntary support

• Premium subscription: an auto-renewable subscription that removes ads and extends the usage limits of GuIA and the other features described in the store. The amount is charged to your Apple or Google account when the purchase is confirmed and renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel: in your account settings in the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; there is no pro-rata refund except where required by law or by the store's policy.
• One-time purchases and voluntary support: the App may offer one-time purchases and voluntary contributions to support the project. Contributions are optional, non-refundable and do not guarantee features beyond those described in the store at the time of purchase.
• Prices: may change; we will give advance notice and the change applies only to renewals after the notice, under the store's rules.
• Refunds: are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, according to each store's policies.

6. Acceptable use and GuIA limits

GuIA is intended for Bible study, prayer and spiritual growth. You agree not to:

• attempt to bypass the safety filters, daily usage limits or instructions of the assistant;
• use GuIA to generate illegal, offensive, discriminatory, hateful, sexual content or content unrelated to the App's purpose;
• use the App to harass others, spread spam or collect data about other users;
• automate access (bots, scraping) or overload the infrastructure.

We may limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund of amounts already paid when the violation is serious.

7. Your content

You remain the owner of what you write in the App (prayers, notes, messages). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the service — including sending it to the AI providers to generate answers. You are responsible for what you submit and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to it.

8. Intellectual property

The App, the Biblia.IA brand, GuIA, the design, original texts, audio and software belong to Infinniti or its licensors and are protected by copyright and industrial-property law. Bible texts and third-party materials belong to their respective owners and are used under the applicable licences. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you.

9. Artificial intelligence and disclaimer of warranties

GuIA's answers are generated automatically by language models and may contain errors, theological inaccuracies or outdated information. They do not represent the official position of any church or denomination and do not replace pastoral, psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. In an emergency or moment of intense distress, seek professional help or your local emergency services. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinniti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, nor for decisions made on the basis of GuIA's answers. Our total liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code or the law of your country does not allow to be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, a legal requirement or discontinuation of the service, giving notice where possible. Sections 7 to 10 and 14 survive termination.

12. Additional terms for the App Store (Apple)

If you obtained the App through the App Store, the following conditions required by Apple also apply: (a) these Terms are concluded between you and Infinniti only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content; (b) the licence is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms; (c) Infinniti is solely responsible for maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to provide them; (d) in the event of the App's failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple will have no other warranty obligation; (e) Infinniti, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection; (f) in the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual-property rights, Infinniti is responsible for the investigation, defence and settlement; (g) you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any list of prohibited parties; (h) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. 13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the App with reasonable notice; the date of the last update appears at the top. Continuing to use the App after the changes take effect means you accept them. In case of discrepancy between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring an action in the courts of their own domicile. Users in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep the mandatory protections of the consumer law of their country of residence.
