In short: Biblia.IA needs an account (Sign in with Apple or Google) to sync your prayers, notes, GuIA conversations and progress across devices. We store that data on Google Firebase for as long as your account exists. Messages you send to GuIA are processed by AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI) only to generate the answer, never to train models. On the free plan we show Google AdMob ads. You can export, correct or delete everything under Profile › Delete account or by e-mailing rrhst@infinniti.com.br.
This Privacy Policy describes how Infinniti — trade name of RRHST CONSULTORIA SERVICOS LIMITADA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 59.584.600/0001-97, São Paulo/SP, Brazil ("Infinniti", "we") — handles the personal data of people who use the Biblia.IA app for iOS and Android (the "App"). It follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, "LGPD") and, for people in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at rrhst@infinniti.com.br.
This page covers the Biblia.IA app only. Other Infinniti apps have their own policies, published on their respective websites.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photo-library images or health data. We do not ask for identity documents.
We use the data to: create and maintain your account and sync your content across devices; generate GuIA's answers, devotionals and personalised prayers; process subscriptions and purchases; display ads on the free plan; send notices about the App; provide support; measure usage, fix failures and prevent abuse of the AI usage limits; and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (LGPD art. 7 and GDPR art. 6): performance of a contract (account, sync, subscriptions), consent (use of GuIA with profile data, personalised ads, advertising identifier), legitimate interest (security, diagnostics, aggregated statistics) and compliance with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time in your device settings, in the App's privacy options or by e-mail, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
To answer your questions, the text of your message (or the transcription of your voice) and, if you provided them, basic profile information such as name, age and spiritual goals are sent, encrypted, to Google Gemini (Google LLC, USA) and, as a fallback, to OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA). These providers process the data only to generate the answer and, under their API agreements, do not use it to train models or for advertising. The App asks for your consent before the first use of GuIA.
Conversation history is saved to your account so you can resume it; you can delete it in the App. Answers are generated automatically, may contain inaccuracies and do not replace pastoral, psychological, medical or legal advice. Avoid including sensitive data about other people in your messages.
On the free plan we show ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). On iOS, ads are personalised only if you allow tracking in the system prompt; in the European Union and the United Kingdom we display Google's consent form (UMP) and the choice can be changed in the App. Without consent, AdMob shows non-personalised ads. Learn more at How Google uses data in ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with processors that provide services to us:
| Processor | Purpose | Country |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Google LLC) | Authentication, database, storage and crash reporting | USA |
| Google Gemini (Google LLC) | GuIA answers, speech-to-text and text-to-speech | USA |

| RevenueCat, Inc. | Subscription and purchase management (anonymous identifier) | USA |
| Google AdMob (Google LLC) | Ads on the free plan | USA |
| Apple Inc. / Google LLC | App stores, sign-in and payments | USA |
We may also disclose data where required by law or by order of a competent authority, to protect Infinniti's rights or users' safety, and in a corporate reorganisation, with prior notice.
The processors above handle data in the United States. Transfers follow LGPD arts. 33–36 and GDPR Chapter V, relying on standard contractual clauses and the other appropriate safeguards offered by the providers.

Under LGPD art. 18 and GDPR arts. 15–22 you may request: confirmation and access; rectification; anonymisation, blocking or erasure; portability; information about sharing; objection; and withdrawal of consent. Data subjects in Brazil may complain to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD); in the European Union, to the data-protection authority of their country. To exercise your rights, use the App or write to rrhst@infinniti.com.br. We reply within 15 days.
You can delete your account at any time inside the App, under Profile › Delete account, without contacting us. Deletion removes the account and all associated content (prayers, notes, conversations, progress and favourites) from our systems within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play; deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. If you prefer, request deletion by e-mail, stating the account's e-mail address.
The App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group. In the stores Biblia.IA is rated 12+; users under 18 should use it under the guidance of a parent or guardian. If you are responsible for a child who created an account, write to us and we will remove the data.
We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted traffic (HTTPS), Firebase security rules that restrict each piece of content to its own user, access control to our systems and AI usage limits. No system is fully immune to incidents; in the event of a relevant incident we will follow the notification duties of the LGPD and the GDPR.
We may update this Policy. Relevant changes will be announced in the App. The date of the last update appears at the top. In case of discrepancy between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
